It was one of the kids who played with the world's most famous reptile, the purple anthropomorphic dinosaur. Selena was a part of several episodes from season 7 and 8 between 2001 and 2003. Selena Gomez was not the only performer to be featured on Barney and His Friends from 2001 to 2003. Demi Lorvato joined the cast as well. Following the end of the show, Selena Gomez auditioned for several parts in different programs and movies, but she was not much success.
